We're Nate and Liz, and we started HomeEase because we've seen what happens when a home gets consistent, attentive care — and what happens when it doesn't.

What we've built is simple: a structured, recurring maintenance service run by two people who genuinely take pride in looking after your home. We show up. We take care of it. You don't have to think about it.

A little more about us

Before HomeEase, Nate spent years managing private residences at a luxury club in Beaver Creek, Colorado — homes that served as third, fourth, even fifth properties for their owners. People who expected everything to work perfectly every time they arrived, without ever having to think about it.

That meant staying ahead of everything. Scheduled inspections, seasonal prep, careful documentation, and genuine attention to the things that quietly go wrong when no one's looking. It meant treating every home as if the owner could walk in tomorrow — because they could.

That level of care has always existed. It just used to be reserved for people with a property manager on staff.

We moved to Greenville and started HomeEase to bring that same standard of attentive, proactive maintenance to homeowners who simply want their home properly looked after — without having to manage it themselves.

There's no shortage of home service companies. What's harder to find is someone you can actually trust to show up consistently, be straight with you, and treat your home like it matters.

When you become a HomeEase member, you're not getting a rotating crew or someone we dispatched. In most cases, Nate is the one at your door. You'll recognize the face. You'll know the name.

We keep our client list intentionally small — not because we have to, but because that's how we maintain the standard we've built this on. Every home on our schedule gets real attention, not a rushed checklist.

After every visit you get a clear, documented report of what we checked, what we found, and what we did. If something needs attention beyond our scope, we'll tell you plainly and without pressure. If everything looks good, you'll hear that too.
